Central Darling

Central Darling Shire is the largest Shire in NSW with the smallest population.

The Shire is extremely diverse with four main communities that are all different in their commerce, geography and cultures. These communities are Wilcannia the administration centre of the Shire, Menindee on the banks of the Darling River, Ivanhoe once a thriving rail town and White Cliffs an opal mining town.
